How do I know what size(s) to order?

Great question! Once you place your order and have determined the shape, length, metal you would like to order, we will send you out a sample kit. The kit will have 10+ sizes to choose from depending on the shape you chose.

I received my sample pack now what do I do?

Once you have followed the instructions given to you in the packet, you will then email us using you ORDER NUMBER as the "Subject" then add your sizes to the body of the email along with your NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS and PHONE NUMBER.

Can I try on the sample nails with gel, acrylic, dip power, etc. on top of my natural nail?

No. We recommend you remove all polish and finishes to the natural nail in order to get the proper and most accurate sizing.

What nail shapes do you offer?

We offer a variety of nail shapes including Round, Almond, Square, and Coffin to suit your style preferences.

Do you offer customized nails?

Yes! You can customize the samples you receive upon order to shorten, sharpen, or narrow the nail. We also offer diamond and gemstone accents. All additional customization will incur additional costs based on what changes are being made.

Are your products safe for natural nails?

Yes! Our products are 14k gold and sterling silver. They are antimicrobial by nature and extremely durable.

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I apply the gold nails?

Each set comes with detailed application instructions. Clean and prep your nails, select the right size, apply adhesive, and press firmly for best results. Regular nail glue for application and acetone for removal.

How long will the gold nails last?

With proper care and storage, they will last as long as any other gold and silver jewelry!

How long until I receive my order?

Average turnaround time once your sample pack is received and you choose your sizes is 3 weeks in the U.S.

Sample packs will be sent out for delivery within 48 hours from purchase. 

Can I get my order rush shipped?

Yes. There will be a rush shipment cost of $50 plus additional manufacturing expedited cost.

I can't decide which fingernail I want to add my gold nail to. Any suggestions?

This can be the hardest decision! The great news is that once you order a nail and receive your sample pack, you can always buy additional ones with ease. Hold on to the samples and add to your collection as you wish!
